• Perform comprehensive assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Administer medications, perform telemetry monitoring, and execute other specific interventions as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medical-surgical procedures, and aspects of care management.

Qualifications:
