Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
Must hold a valid state license to practice physical therapy.Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
