Worker Utility
POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
This is an Entry Level Production Worker’s position who’s responsible for producing high quality inks for our customers while maintaining a safe work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Operate various machinery throughout the site following proper procedures and safety protocols.
- Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Review batch tickets to assure understanding of the production to be manufactured
- Enter raw materials in the sequence designated
- Provide samples to the Quality Control (QC) lab for inspection
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support a positive work environment and achieve production goals
- Willing to train right candidate to combo operator level.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma/GED or pass a pre-employment screening assessment required
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Repeatedly able to lift 45 lbs.
- Working and standing for long periods of time
- Certified to operate Stand Up Forklift
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
- Experience w/batch tickets
