Licensed Vocational Nurse

Overview:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting skin assessments, providing treatments, and following up on skin issues.
• Training staff in PCC with medication charting.
• Participating in Falls and QA meetings.
• Reviewing the PCC system daily for follow-ups and ensuring medication orders are appropriate.
• Following up on any issues from the previous night, consulting with the MD when necessary.
• Covering the floor as needed and ensuring staff notifications to families, responsible parties, and MD are completed.
• Reporting directly to the Administrator and assisting with leadership duties for the AL and MS teams.

About You:

• Active California LVN license.
• Experienced LVN
• Current and valid CPR certification.

Schedule Shift:

• Full-Time, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday to Monday.

Wages:

• LVN: $32.00 - $35.51 per hour, DOE.
