Systems Engineer

The individual will also be responsible for maintaining accurate system configurations and for ensuring optimal system performance.

• Oversee the processing and troubleshooting of VMware, including vCenter, ESXi, DRS, vSAN, SRM, and vRealize Orchestrator.
• Design and size architecture clusters, configure vSAN Storage Policies, and manage storage configurations for FC, vSAN including HBA's, devices, and multipathing.
• Manage Windows servers, including Server 2016 – 2022, Windows Deployment Services, DFS Namespace and Replication, and Windows storage services.
• Troubleshoot issues on Windows such as services, permissions, BSOD.
• Configure storage and network settings in Windows architecture, and manage other Windows Roles like Terminal Services, SMTP, IIS, .Net.
• Manage Active Directory, including User and Group Management, RBAC Principals, Security Principals, Group Policy Management, Domain and Replication, and Azure AD Connect.
• Develop Active Directory architecture, including Active Directory Sites and Services, Domain Trusts, LDAP, and Active Directory Integrated DNS.
• Utilize other technologies such as Containers/Openshift, Automation, Powershell/scripting, Satellite, Ansible, SAN Storage, Azure/AWS, SQL/Oracle/Datastax, Networking, CI/CD pipeline, Centralized logging, and Data flow/data transformation.
• Work with a variety of skills including Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Cloud Technologies, DELL EMC Technologies, Dell Technologies, AB Testing, Active Directory, Automation, AWS Technologies, Backup Technologies, VMware, Desktop Virtualization, Linux, Citrix, and Containers. • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is required for the role.
• Experience with Citrix Technologies is a must.
• Familiarity with Cloud Technologies is essential.
• Knowledge of DELL EMC Technologies is required.
• Prior experience with Dell Technologies is essential.
• Proficiency in AB Testing is desirable.
• Familiarity with Active Directory is a must.
• Experience in Automation is crucial.
• Knowledge of AWS Technologies is required.
• Prior experience with Backup Technologies is essential.
• Proficiency in VMware is a must.
• Familiarity with Desktop Virtualization is required.
• Experience with Linux is desirable.
• Knowledge of Citrix is a must.
• Prior experience with Containers is essential.
