Materials Analyst
- 5x OT after 40 hours and 2x DT on Sunday or Holidays.
The Material Handler plays a critical role in supporting production operations by ensuring that materials are available when needed, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and following company policies and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:-Safely and efficiently move materials, parts, and products between various locations within the facility, including receiving areas, warehouses, and production lines.-Load and unload trucks, containers, and other vehicles, ensuring that materials are handled with care to prevent damage.-Operate material handling equipment to transport materials as needed.-Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by recording material movements, conducting regular cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.-Ensure that materials are properly labeled, stored, and organized to facilitate easy access and inventory control.-Receive and inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy, ensuring that they meet company standards and match purchase orders.-Prepare and package finished products for shipment, ensuring that all orders are accurately fulfilled and shipped on time.-Ensure that production lines are continuously supplied with the necessary materials, minimizing downtime and supporting efficient operations.-Collaborate with production teams to anticipate material needs and respond quickly to any requests for additional supplies.-Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe operation of material handling equipment.-Follow all regulatory and company guidelines for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of materials.-Identify opportunities to improve material handling processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
