Responsibilities:
We are looking for second shift Assistant Superintendents (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) to partner with our experienced Superintendents. Responsibilities would include, in overseeing the physical construction of the project and ensure it is delivered with a high level of quality, profitability and by meeting or exceeding the construction schedule.Are you a team player who loves to work in the field and wants to build challenging and rewarding projects? In this role, you will assist the project team in managing the construction process and relationships with clients, subcontractors, and Shawmut staff.
- Assist the Superintendent by ensuring tools, processes and other requirements are in place prior to the start of a project and through project life cycle
- Develop a big picture understanding of the project through drawing and document reviews
- Process Permits
- Manage Submittals and RFI
- Coordinate Trade Execution of Punch List
Qualifications:
We are offering an Assistant Superintendent the opportunity to run projects 10M+ with a very high profile client, therefore the following are required:
- 3+ years experience as an Assistant Superintendent with a reputable GC/CM
- Project experience: academic and commercial sector experience
- Superintendents License (CSL)
- Procore experience
