  • Diagnosing and treating mental health conditions by thoroughly assessing patients' needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
  • Prescribing medications and closely monitoring their effects to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, including patients' primary care physicians, nurses, and other specialists, to provide integrated and comprehensive care.
  • Documenting patient progress and maintaining detailed clinical records to ensure continuity of care and effective communication among the healthcare team.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in psychiatry by actively engaging in professional development activities such as reading publications, attending conferences, and maintaining a strong professional network.
  • Following ethical and legal policies, procedures, and standards to uphold the highest level of patient care and professional integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an MD or DO degree.
  • Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry to demonstrate expertise and commitment to excellence in mental healthcare.
  • Valid state medical license to practice psychiatry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, supportive relationships with patients and colleagues.
