Front Desk Receptionist

education: High School

• Proactively interact with the general public, greeting and welcoming visitors.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails in a friendly and professional manner, including routing calls and taking messages.
• Present a consistently professional, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor in all dealings with visitors, both on the phone and in person.
• Deal diplomatically with visitor complaints and complaint response.
• Monitor the flow of visitors into, and out of, the factory, and notify appropriate staff of any inappropriate or unsafe activities.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required:

• General office and customer service experience
• Skills in utilizing Excel and data entry at an intermediate level
• Frequent standing, sitting,walking, bending and lifting light loads (10lbs)
• Frequent repetitive movement tasks (typing, stuffing envelopes, collating documents/mailings)
• Use of computer and keyboard, listening and speaking in person and on the phone.
• Noise level varies from quiet to loud
