Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for all aspects of administrative support for the Donor Recruitment Department and others as assigned. Responsible for assisting Account Managers administratively in the preparation of blood drives.- Supports Account Managers in all aspects of preparing for upcoming blood drives.
- Responsible for handling the inventory of supplies and promotional materials, tracking, and fulfillment for blood drive promotional campaigns.
- Coordinates and produces publicity materials for current blood drives and development of new accounts
- Maintaining organizational databases by updating them with necessary information and be able to run reports from those databases.
- Inventories and orders supplies. Keeps supply area stocked and organized.
- Overseas operation and maintenance of office equipment
- Manages materials check-out processes
- Uses software systems to produce queries, donor lists and other applicable reports to recruitment and management.
- General administrative duties included but not limited to: Faxes/emails information when required, answers phones, mailings, general typing, filing and other office duties.
- Assists in the coordination of events
- Works closely with/supports Donor Recruitment Specialist.
- Serving as a point of administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals and external constituents. Provides administrative assistance and support to the assigned organizational staff.
- Prepares various reports based on operational assignments.
- Any related duties as assigned.
- Travel up to 25% to donor centers, blood drives, and off-site events
- Process routine financial and personnel transactions such as invoices, purchase requests and payroll on an as needed basis.
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Experience:
- Broad-based computer experience preferred.
Required Licenses / Certification:
- Valid vehicle operator’s license.
Any combination of education, training and experience that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed hiring rate is $23.00p/hr. to $25.00p/hr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
