• Manage and supervise all aspects of on-site construction activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Develop and implement site safety plans and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
• Oversee the scheduling and coordination of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Solve on-site issues efficiently and effectively to keep projects on track.
• Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders and clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and ensure quality control.
• Lead and mentor field personnel, ensuring continuous development and training.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a superintendent or similar leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Ability to travel to various job sites in and around the Cincinnati area.
