We are seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry, situated in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, must be eligible to work in the U.S.. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing medium to large scale enterprise-wide projects, implementing software and enterprise applications, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Responsibilities:- Manage medium to large scale enterprise-wide projects, coordinating resources from different teams, establishing project milestones, and monitoring project activity.
- Implement software and enterprise applications to enhance staff productivity and optimize business operations.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements, SOX, and operational controls.
- Develop and secure approval for project scope, objectives, and related timelines.
- Develop contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies, and manage issue logs.
- Act as a liaison with other functional and technical teams for all project activity.
- Assist in resolving issues and mitigating individual risks.
- Select methodology and establish documentation standards for the project team.
- Publish metrics reporting, status, and dashboards, and organize periodic review meetings with senior management.
- Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
- Proficient in CRM and Database management
- Demonstrated experience in Budget Processes
- Expertise in Change Management
- Excellent Communication skills
- Familiarity with Waterfall and Waterfall Agile methodologies
- PMI certification or relevant experience
- Experience in the Waste, Refuse & Environmental Waste Management industry
- Proven track record as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with relevant legislation and regulations in the industry
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
