Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical-Surgical team at Quick Med Staffing in Canton, Georgia. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.Local candidates within 50 miles are not considered for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform medical procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Following services, but not limited to neurosurgery, neurology, ear, nose and throat surgery, and general surgery.
- Patients consist of those recovering from acute illnesses or surgery and are ambulatory and able to provide some of their own care (with the exception of cont need for assessment) and those who are bedridden & require total care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty.
- Required BLS, NIHSS certification and ACLS certification.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
