Pay Rate- The anticipated wage for this position is between $ 19.00 and $20

Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Dental Front Office Representative
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Bilingual is a plus!
  • Good communication skills- Verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, handle cancellations, and maintain an efficient schedule.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and process billing and insurance claims.
  • Manage office correspondence and ensure smooth communication between patients and dental staff.
  • Effectively convey information and address inquiries from patients.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Monitor inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic and support the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
