Adecco is assisting a client in the Macomb, MI area in the crossroads of 23 mile and Garfield. The client is looking for receptionist experience and ability to execute normal administrative tasks. The hours for this role are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM but may change based on needs.

Job title: Customer Service Receptionist

Job Summary The candidate will work as a Customer Service Receptionist, serving as the first point of contact for customers and providing assistance with inquiries and orders. They will also be responsible for maintaining records, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring a clean reception area.

As a receptionist, you will greet people who come in or call the office and help them with their questions or orders. You'll also keep things organized at the front desk and make sure everything runs smoothly.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in processing orders.

Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
