Manufacturing maintenance tech
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with a focus on electrical expertise to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes.
The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of a wide range of CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment, including panel saws, edgebanders, routers, and forklifts. A/ background in electrical systems (MUST HAVE), including diagnosing and repairing electrical components, PLCs, and automated controls, is essential.
Additional responsibilities include general building maintenance and repair tasks such as servicing HVAC and evaporative cooling systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining detailed safety records. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of operational efficiency.
salary: $56,160 - $83,200 per yearshift: First

Responsibilities- Troubleshoot mechanical, software, electrical, and pneumatic systems by consulting manuals, blueprints, schematics, and other sources as necessary.
- Repair CNC Machinery, and various other equipment.
- Develop and maintain a Preventive Maintenance System (PMS).
- Order parts and coordinate with external suppliers and maintenance companies to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
- Work based on a sense of urgency with machine down conditions.
- Understand and follow maintenance schedules as outlined, inspect equipment, make small repairs and adjustments as needed
- Responsible to keep track of all maintenance equipment/tools and inventory of parts
