Senior Principal Electrical Engineer

$80-$95.00 per hour DOE Flex schedule

• The client is looking for an Electrical Engineer with a strong Systems Engineering background for our Progeny Business Area.

-You will directly contribute to the technical success of our programs through hands-on technical contributions and through helping to develop others as technical contributors.-Design, analyze, and test RF, analog, and digital electronic circuits.-Integrate, test, troubleshoot, and verify electrical hardware.-Develop test criteria and assist in the design of test systems, including test software applications.-Perform component and architecture trade studies to determine optimal system solutions.-Develop technical presentations, recommendations, and written communications to explain technical issues to program management and the Navy customer.-Generate design and interface documentation-Develop and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.-Performs technical activities that impact the proposal, system-level design, detail design, and manufacture of advanced electronic warfare systems.-Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet client-satisfaction goals and objectives.-Led the development of strategic tasks or small projects by applying engineering and organizational knowledge and expertise to achieve technical goals and objectives.-Understands and interprets the technical, organizational and process aspects of the task assigned and can relate them to the technical needs of the overall large project.-Actively uncovers technical and organizational risks and ensures they are included in risk mitigation plans
