Sr. Financial Analyst - Deerfield Beach

We are in search of a Sr. Financial Analyst to join our team in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The role involves conducting financial analysis and modeling, managing capital, and assisting in budget processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilizing their skills in Business systems, Confluence, CRM, Crystal Reports, Data Mining Techniques, Accounting Functions, Auditing, and Budget Processes to perform their duties effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct complex data analysis to determine optimum business practices.
• Utilize Confluence and CRM to manage and track project progress.
• Develop financial models using Crystal Reports and Data Mining Techniques to aid in decision-making.
• Oversee the organization's budget processes to ensure financial efficiency.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure the company is abiding by all industry regulations.
• Use accounting functions to prepare financial reports and statements.
• Implement capital management strategies to meet the company's long-term financial goals.
• Monitor business systems regularly to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
• Participate in strategic data-driven projects to drive performance and business growth.
• Assist in the development and implementation of best practices to increase efficiency within the company.
• Comprehensive knowledge of business systems
• Proficiency in using Confluence
• Experience with Hyperion, PowerBI, or similar software
• Understanding of data mining techniques
• Proficiency in creating and heading presentations on financials
• Coming out of FP& A Sr level position 5+ yrs exp
• Experience in auditing
• Familiarity with budget processes
• Knowledge of capital management processes
