Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
- Maintaining precise records of customer credit
- Resolving customer inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
- Monitoring customer accounts and initiating appropriate action when necessary
- Conducting Account Reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records
- Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks
- Performing Bank Reconciliations as part of the bookkeeping duties
- Data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate records
- Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various tasks, including the Month End Close process
- Overseeing payroll activities to ensure all employees are compensated correctly and in a timely manner. • Proven proficiency in Account Reconciliation
- Demonstrable experience with Accounts Payable (AP)
- Skilled in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Proficient in conducting Bank Reconciliations
- Solid understanding of Bookkeeping principles
- Ability to accurately perform Data Entry tasks
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Month End Close procedures
- Prior experience in handling Payroll operations
