**Position Summary:**

Under the direction of the Director, the CFTSS Program Supervisor will be will be responsible for the supervision of CFTSS workers and ensure fidelity to the utilization of the evidence based models.

**Essential Duties:**********
  • Understand and promote the organization’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values to ensure alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide clinical supervision to BSS workers.
  • Complete a clinical assessment to establish a treatment plan for the child/youth and family.
  • Conduct OLP assessments as needed.
  • Review all progress notes and treatment plans.
  • Ensure that all documentation and paperwork is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with CFTSS Regulations.
  • Train new staff on policies and procedures.
  • Participate in case consultations and trainings.
  • Monitors productivity of staff.
  • Crisis Intervention as needed.
  • Use and identify best practices to build a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Comply with all privacy laws including HIPAA, etc.
  • Submit billing in a timely manner.
  • Provide coverage in absence of Assistant Director.
  • Run monthly group supervision.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
**Minimum Qualifications:****** ****
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.

  • Experience with home/community-based services.
  • Experience using evidence-based models preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively with families, professionals and other personnel from a wide range of cultural, social and economic backgrounds.
  • Knowledgeable about trauma and violence and the effects it has on children and families.
