We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Manufacturing industry located in DEERFIELD, Illinois. This role will primarily involve overseeing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, assisting with meeting preparations, and providing administrative support to our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the inventory of office supplies, ensuring that items such as paper towels, pens, and napkins are adequately stocked.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the purchase of office supplies and maintenance services.
  • Assist in organizing special events and executive meetings in the office, which includes menu selection, ordering food, and setting up the venue.
  • Serve as a point of contact for visitors, greeting them upon arrival and informing the respective team members of their visit.
  • Manage the distribution of mail within the office and handle any incoming deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support to C-Suite Executives, which may include assisting with expense management.
  • Act as a backup for various tasks such as managing the security badge system and entering work orders.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office in the absence of other team members.
  • Utilize administrative skills to support the team and maintain an organized workspace.
