We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for our operations in NEWTOWN SQUARE, Pennsylvania. This role is crucial in our organization as it involves a variety of administrative tasks in a financial services setting. This position is fully onsite and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in updating and maintaining customer records
  • Coordinate email correspondence, responding to inquiries promptly
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) to create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars to ensure smooth operations and avoid conflicts
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action as necessary
  • Process customer credit applications, ensuring all information is accurate and processed efficiently
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of client meetings, ensuring a polite atmosphere
  • Contribute to the team-oriented environment, demonstrating motivation and professionalism.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining databases
  • Strong customer service skills and experience dealing with inbound and outbound calls
  • Ability to effectively manage and schedule appointments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
