Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Planning and Support: Lead the planning and execution of events, including space management, catering, and coordination with internal and external clients.
• Resource Management: Oversee scheduling and resource allocation within the 25Live event management system, ensuring efficient use of facilities and resources.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with vendors, including caterers, florists, and IT services, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Virtual Events: Develop and implement strategies for virtual event design and manage the virtual event platform for VIP events.
• System Administration: Provide support and coordination for meetings, conferences, and events within the 25Live system, including training new users and maintaining inventory.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 5 years of related experience required.
• Experience in event management, preferably within a higher education setting.
• Proficiency in using 25Live/College Net scheduling software is preferred.
