Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English and Spanish)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About Us: RobertHalf is working with a dynamic and growing company looking to add to their staff. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Administrative Assistant. If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent organizational and communication skills in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the [specific department or team].
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Draft and edit documents, emails, and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
