Responsibilities
We are seeking full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. This role involves daily interaction with customers, showroom personnel, and service companies. Key responsibilities include placing service calls via direct fax and email, problem-solving, researching customer information, and performing data entry on the AS400 computer system.The role also involves close collaboration with the parts and inventory departments and covering reception duties as needed.
