DescriptionAt IWT, we are seeking a dynamic and creative marketing specialist with a strong eye for design and content creation to join our team. This individual will be instrumental in developing and executing visually engaging marketing designs and content across various platforms.
The ideal candidate will be highly proficient with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, have a strong understanding of marketing campaigns, website management, and possess exceptional copywriting skills. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and a passion for storytelling and brand messaging are key to this role.
Key Responsibilities- Creative Design and Content Development - Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to create visually compelling graphics, layouts, templates, and multimedia content for digital and print product marketing campaigns.
- Copywriting and Content Creation - Write engaging and persuasive copy for articles, blogs, digital ads, social media, and website content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Digital Marketing Campaigns - Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising platforms.
- Website Design – Design and collaborate with web developers, manage website updates, content refreshes, and SEO optimization to ensure the company web presence remains a vital communication and market engagement tool.
- Social Media Management - Create and schedule social media content, monitor engagement, and analyze performance to optimize future campaigns.
- Event Participation – Attend marketing events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Attention to Detail - Review marketing content to ensure accuracy and consistency across creative collateral and ensure brand messaging is aligned with strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (marketing, strategic communications, graphic design, business, advertising)
- Relevant professional experience (3+) years and demonstration of creative excellence in marketing, visual design, or related field
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
- Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies
- Good understanding of brand messaging and communication
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a demonstrated ability to write for different formats and audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Experience with photography and videography, including editing and post-production
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Familiarity and an interest in the technology industry
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with ability to spot inconsistencies and errors in content and brand design
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation
