L.J. Gonzer Associates is looking for individuals to join our pool of qualified candidates for potential assignment as a Project Engineer/Product Engineer. This individual will be part of a development team creating embedded systems for the manipulation and control of flight actuation systems.-Activities for this role include requirements definition and management, planning of technical tasks for the team, review designs, integration and testing, release documentation and system validation.-Manage the technical team performance to project schedule and cost and support the program manager.-Lead the new product development processes of electromechanical systems for commercial and military platforms.-Demonstrate initiative, resourcefulness, judgment, cooperation, and ability to communicate technical information.-Support new business pursuits that address program technical requirements and associated schedule and costs.-Lead a technical team from the beginning to the end of a new development project.-Communicate, plan, organize, supervise, and control work in one or more projects concurrently.-Interface with both commercial and military customers in technical program definition and execution.-Identify technical tasks and resources for projects and create engineering development plans, WBS, etc.
