Communications Specialist - Contract - Hybrid

Schedule: 40 hours per week, 3-month contract

Overview:

This position requires a strong communicator with experience in content creation and an ability to drive engagement through effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver internal communication materials, including newsletters, updates, and employee communications.
• Manage editorial calendars and communication schedules to ensure consistency and timely delivery.
• Draft, plan, and edit content for multiple internal channels (intranet, emails, etc.).
• Monitor employee engagement metrics and feedback, using insights to enhance communication strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational messaging.
