Upcoming projects in CT: Niantic, East Haven, Merien, Middletown, Ridefield, Waterbury
They focus on Commercial, Multifamily Residential, Daycare, TI, and Healthcare projects. Projects range in value from $5M-$75M+ with a mix of ground up/new construction and renovation/expansion work.

Job Description
The Superintendent is responsible for:
- Overseeing large scale Commercial & Residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Excellent working relations & communication with Owners, architects, engineers, and consultants
- Leading site personnel, providing guidance to ensure the highest levels of safety, productivity, and performance
- Developing & maintaining relationships with clients, and maintaining open lines of communication
- Reading, understanding, and maintaining a thorough understanding of contract documents, drawings and specifications, addendums, and qualifications
- Creating and maintaining a three week look-ahead schedule & ensuring adherence
- Driving the speed, direction, quality & safety of the project

The Successful Applicant
The right Superintendent has the following qualifications:
- 3+ years Superintendent experience with a commercial GC
- Experience as a Super on largescale Commercial & Multifamily projects between $5-$75M+
- Knowledge of construction principles, methods, and techniques
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Exceptional leadership abilities, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in utilizing construction softwares
