What you’ll be doing:
- Holds self and others accountable for exhibiting each of the Hospital Service Excellence Behavior Standards includes celebrating excellence in behavior and approaching anyone with courtesy and respect who is not demonstrating Service Excellence and owning and resolving Service Recovery concerns.
- Creates a caring and healing environment that keeps the patient and family at the center of care throughout their experience at Hospital's following the principles of our interdisciplinary care delivery system.
- Under the direction of the nurse manager/director provides supervision of employees in their respective department/service area and partners with their supervisor to ensure 24 hour accountability.
We would love to hear from you if :
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- You have 2+ years of Nursing experience in Surgery/OR/PACU or Pre-Op.
- You have Managerial/Supervisory experience.
- You have current Ohio RN License.
