What You'll Do:
- Craft exceptional cocktails with precision, creativity, and consistency
- Guide guests through our thoughtfully curated wine list and beverage pairings
- Create an engaging and welcoming bar atmosphere for guests
- Work closely with the culinary team to enhance the food and beverage experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar to ensure smooth service
- Deliver memorable hospitality, anticipating guest needs and personalizing each experience
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for mixology, wine, and hospitality – a love for creating exceptional drinks and guest experiences
- A strong foundation in classic cocktails and a willingness to explore new trends
- Wine knowledge or a desire to learn (WSET or sommelier certification a plus!)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Excellent communication and sales skills – guiding guests through the menu and enhancing their experience
- An eye for detail and commitment to consistency
