Our client is a well known food and beverage manufacturing company with multiple plants in the U.S. They're in a very exciting growth period and are expanding tremendously. This is a confidential search and more details can be shared on a call with qualified applicants.
Job Description- Performance Management and Workforce Planning: This person will assist in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and implementing performance improvement plans.
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: This person will be responsible for managing employee relations by addressing conflicts, facilitating communication between employees and management, and ensuring a positive work environment.
- Compliance and Safety: This person will ensure the plants comply with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. They will work closely with senior leaders at the plant to promote a culture of safety and conduct regular audits and inspections.
- Other areas of focus include benefits, answering day-to-day employee questions, and improving policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant- 7+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Must be able to be on-site in Newark five days a week.
- Base salary of $115K - $120K depending on candidate's experience.
