Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Handle month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions, including processing invoices, payments, and collections.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to assist management in decision-making.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing timely and accurate financial data.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations and filing requirements.
• Assist in audits by preparing necessary documentation and collaborating with external auditors.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records, both electronically and in physical files.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
