work hours: 8 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Provides frontline customer support by handling inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate information.
Perform routine tasks under supervision, including complaint documentation and request processing.
Maintain customer records, follow up on issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Manage orders, process returns, provide quotes, and perform basic troubleshooting.

Here’s what you’ll have:

High school diploma or equivalent required
strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills needed
