Your Role In this unique role, you will have the exciting opportunity to support the procurement process while also engaging in assisting with accounts payable and cash receipt posting.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve sourcing and purchasing raw materials, goods, parts and services, ensuring that the company functions efficiently.
You'll also get to put your negotiating skills to use while interacting with vendors.
Simultaneously, you'll support the Accounting division by handling accounts payable entries, reconciling vendor statements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies.
Opportunity is coming available due to a retirement of a long-term and treasured team member and provides great support to learn from the retiring employee.
Opportunity to work Monday - Friday: 8am – 5pm, with occasional travel.

Requirements- 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- High school graduate or holder of General Education Degree (GED). Further education in related field(s) valued but not required.
- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of MS Office.
- Sound ability to utilize accounting software and conduct internet research.
- Possess brilliant oral communication skills.
- Approach tasks with initiative and innovative thought.
- Demonstrate the ability to work harmoniously in a team environment, adapting to a variety of personalities.
- Strive for quality in your work, maintaining high standards and error-free practices.
- Display a knack for comprehending complex technical topics, with a customer-oriented mindset.
