Help Desk Analyst

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst in the Wood & Furniture Manufacturing industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be tasked with maintaining our hardware and software systems, providing support to users, and managing incident resolutions.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for all company hardware and software.
• Configure and deploy hardware to new users and upgrade existing equipment when necessary.
• Perform laptop imaging and setup for new and existing employees.
• Manage Desktop Support incident queue, completing or assigning tickets as necessary.
• Provide encryption keys to users as required.
• Install and configure desktop software.
• Recommend equipment purchases as needed.
• Perform asset management tasks as required.
• Perform necessary Windows updates. • Proficiency in Android Development
• Expertise in Cisco Technologies
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
• Experience with Database management
• Knowledge of EO/IR systems
• Proficiency in Active Directory
• Experience with Apple Devices
• Understanding of Computer Hardware
• Skills in Configuration Management
• Experience in managing Deployments
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer service orientation
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and interact with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with the wood and furniture manufacturing industry is a plus
• Willingness to continue learning and improving technical skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
