Project manager

Overview:

This position will serve as the main point of contact for ownership group(s) and manage all aspects of the projects.

Responsibilities:

• Developing project plans, outlining objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets.
• Leading project teams and ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
• Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Handling capital budgets.
• Overseeing and ensuring projects adhere to regulatory requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders, address issues and drive progress.
• Prepare and present reports on project performance, including budget variance analysis, schedule adherence, and resource utilization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily construction.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and best practices in capital improvements project management.
• Leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate project teams to achieve shared goal.
• Ability to manage deadlines, progress, and quality on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is desirable but not required.
