Hi! We’re Pacific Campaign House, and we’re so excited to meet you!

We’re proud to have produced cutting-edge digital campaigns in over ten different languages and have worked with a wide variety of Asian American Pacific Islander, Black, and Hispanic/Latino organizations.

Some of our incredible clients include: DCCC, Equality California, Natural Resource Defense Council (NRDC), APAICS, APIAVote, SEIU, and more!

We’re currently hiring for a dynamic Operations Project Manager who can serve as our agency’s air traffic control. If you think you or someone you might know could be a good fit, we hope you’ll apply!

Who you are:

You’re a self-starter who obsesses over the details. You might get giddy finding typos in news articles. You’re proud of your spreadsheets and checklists - and no one dares tell you otherwise. You thrive in a remote working environment and have nailed down your working cadence.

You equally enjoy working independently and collaborating with a team. And you’re looking for a fulfilling career at the intersection of the nonprofit, advocacy, and elections industry and diverse audience outreach.

What makes you a good fit:

You are the most organized among your friend group and nothing gets past you.
  • Your exceptional organizational skills ensure things run smoothly. You have a keen eye for details, and often spot problems before they happen.
  • You manage complex projects, timelines, and resources with precision. Especially in a virtual setting, you bring calm and clarity where others see chaos.
  • You’re excited by remote collaboration tools that help you streamline communication and maximize efficiency.
You’re a self-starter who knows how to move quickly with high degrees of accuracy.
  • You’re used to balancing competing priorities and managing deadlines with ease.
  • Flexibility and adaptability are your strengths; you can quickly pivot strategies and resources to meet evolving business needs.
  • You navigate challenges with composure, driving operational excellence in a role where no two days are the same.
  • You like that your voice doesn’t get lost in a small team. You enjoy the collaborative spirit of a small remote team, where everyone's contributions are valued and celebrated.
  • As a team player, you actively engage in virtual meetings, offer support and guidance to colleagues, and foster a positive remote work culture.
  • You thrive in an environment where your individual contributions have a significant impact on the team's success and overall operational efficiency.
You’re passionate about advocacy, nonprofit work, and elections - especially when it comes to outreach to diverse audiences.
  • You have a genuine interest in nonprofit, advocacy, and political elections and are looking to support political campaigns and advocacy efforts through effective remote operations.
  • You might have experience messaging diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Execution:

  • Own our day-to-day operations, supporting the team to do their best work with effective systems, consistent communication, and clear priorities. Think big picture and lead the implementation and enhancements.
  • Own overall operational efficiency, continuously learning and refining how we manage our clients and projects to create a first-class experience.
  • Oversee, optimize, and document internal processes, (project management, client management, and billing, etc.), to ensure consistency and a positive experience for our team and clients.

Client-Based Project Management:

  • Ensure successful project delivery by collaborating with and supporting teammates to meet client expectations and deadlines.
  • Enhance client communication through effective project tracking and proactive project management.

Billing and Invoicing:

  • Work closely with the finance team to track client payments and manage cash flow.
  • Manage billing process as the direct contact for clients on invoicing and payment.

Documentation and Process Improvement:

  • Document internal processes, client-based project management workflows, and billing procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to optimize efficiency.

Team Culture:

  • Foster a positive work environment by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, ad trafficking, finance, and in-house client teams.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in operations or project management (bonus if it’s in a media/digital agency setting).
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a remote work environment with a balance of “big picture” and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of remote collaboration tools, including project management software, communication platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Comfortable working both independently in a remote setting and collaborating with our team remotely.

PCH is an equal-opportunity employer and is doubling down on our commitment to creating a company that prioritizes diversity and inclusion. We strongly encourage people of color, women, and LGBTQ+ people to apply.

Benefits
  • PCH covers 100% of plans for health care and dental
  • Internet and cell phone stipend
  • Wellness and professional development stipends
  • 401k matching up to 6% (starting at 1 year)
  • More than 34 days of paid time off annually (which includes federal holidays, time off around the holidays, vacation, and sick days)
  • Staff retreats to somewhere fun! (Previous retreats have included Mexico and Hawaii)
