Desktop Support Analyst

This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and aiding employees with hardware and software issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for end-user devices and software
• Troubleshoot and maintain networks within the organization
• Ensure the seamless operation of IT systems within the organization
• Aid employees with hardware and software issues to minimize downtime
• Maintain productivity by resolving technical issues efficiently
• Work with Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Computer Hardware
• Utilize Dell Technologies and Active Directory in daily operations
• Support Apple Devices and Backup Technologies
• Participate in Configuration Management tasks • Proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies, including the ability to implement, maintain, and improve network systems.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, with the ability to manage and support virtualized environments.
• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware, and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various hardware components.
• Experience with Dell Technologies, including servers, storage, and networking products.
• Proficiency in using Active Directory, with the ability to manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Expertise in supporting and troubleshooting Apple Devices, including Mac computers, iPhones, and iPads.
• Familiarity with various Backup Technologies, and the ability to ensure the safe and secure storage of data.
• Experience in Configuration Management, with the ability to maintain and control system settings and configurations.
