Robert Half - Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia. This role involves a mix of remote and in-office work, providing a flexible work arrangement. As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be involved in various tasks related to the management of customer accounts and accounts receivable.

• Analyze and report on invoice data for accuracy and completeness
• Participate in account reconciliation and cash allocation processes across divisions
• Work collaboratively with both internal and external teams on projects like process mapping and streamlining receivable procedures
• Accurately record customers' payments and adjustments in the system
• Address daily issues related to receivables, such as managing account balances and resolving payment discrepancies
• Prepare and manage periodic receivable reports
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve account-related issues. • The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Accounts Receivable Analyst.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must for the candidate.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required for the role.
• The candidate should have expertise in CRM.
• Knowledge and experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
• Familiarity with ERP Solutions is a key requirement for the position.
• The candidate must be well-versed with Accounting Functions.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required.
• The candidate should have a deep understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proficiency in Billing Functions is a major requirement for the role.
• The candidate should have experience in managing Cash Activity.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential for this role.
