**Fully onsite, 5 days per week in office**
Robert Half has partnered with a valued non-profit organization in their search of an HR Generalist to help support and grow their HR Department alongside their HR Director. The HR Generalist will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, new-hire orientations, employee relations, and other core HR functions supporting the Director.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment efforts to find qualified candidates for job openings
- Post jobs in HRIS platform, other recruiting sites, and various media.
- Conduct a high volume of interviews and work directly with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interviews.
- Update applicant records and job requisitions in recruiting system, ensure real-time accuracy.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure job listings are accurate and current.
- Distribute job posting weekly.
- Manage job requisitions and companywide job posting. Correct discrepancies.
Desired Experience:
- HR Degree and/or HR Certification
- 2+ years of HR / Recruiting experience
- HRIS/Payroll platform experience (UKG preferred)
- Interested in working in Non-Profit industry
