Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures, and ensure they are adhered to.
  • Manage office budget, ensure cost-effectiveness, and prepare financial reports for senior management.
  • Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks, and monitor performance to ensure a high level of service and support.
  • Coordinate with HR to recruit, train, and onboard new office staff, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Act as a point of contact for upper management daily to ensure tasks are on schedule.
  • Organize and maintain office spaces and equipment, including managing inventory of office supplies and placing orders as necessary.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, and provide support for company events or conferences.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail; ensure information is disseminated to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment, including ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity and implement and manage operational plans.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments or team members as needed.
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
  • Coordinate with IT department to ensure all office equipment is functioning properly and that staff have the necessary technological support.

This is a full-time position Salary $60,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.
