Seasonal Unarmed Security Guard
Compensation: $22/hr *Days, Nights and weekends*
Responsibilities:
Our Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the security and safety in various commercial environments, and serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities onsite.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.- Foot patrol of premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Vehicle patrols (must be 21+ per Fleet Management Program) on assigned sites.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions.
- Must be able to work well in a team and with the public.
- Must have good judgment, common sense, and the ability to act quickly in an emergency.
- Reliability, dependability, and punctuality.
- Fluency in English, strong verbal skills, and ability to communicate clearly.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE- Completed High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 21+
Desired Qualification of the Security Officer:
- Previous work experience with the public in a service setting
