Customer Service Representative - Lexington

This role encompasses the processing of customer reservation requests, updates to existing requests, and providing check-in assistance.

• Efficiently manage customer reservation requests, both new and existing ones, through inbound and outbound calls
• Input reservation details accurately into our system to ensure client needs are met
• Utilize problem-solving skills to assist hotels and clients with various issues over the phone
• Communicate any issues professionally with all our clients and internal departments
• Maintain grammatically correct and appropriate notes to capture client needs and issues
• Deliver assigned duties within the specified timeframe
• Undertake additional duties as needed or assigned. • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Previous work experience in a call center environment.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer service issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
• Proficiency in English; multilingual skills will be a plus.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
