Attorney/Lawyer - Matteson

This role primarily involves handling civil litigation appeals, drafting briefs, and managing case documentation. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment.

• Expertly handle civil litigation appeals, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
• Draft comprehensive and concise appeal briefs.
• Maintain and manage legal documents efficiently using Case Management Software.
• Utilize Adobe Acrobat and 3M skills in document creation and management.
• Use LexisNexis and WestLaw for legal research and case preparation.
• Manage claim administration and complaint handling processes.
• Have a good understanding of consumer electronics to better handle related cases.
• Conveyancer duties may be required, including property transaction handling.
• Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner, adhering to tight deadlines. • Possession of a valid license to practice law.
• Proven experience as an Attorney or Lawyer.
• Proficient in 3M software.
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat.
• Familiarity with Case Management Software.
• Experience in Conveyancer software.
• Strong skills in Document Management.
• Ability to effectively deliver Briefings.
• Experience in Civil Litigation.
• Familiarity with Claim Administration processes.
• Demonstrated ability in Complaint Handling.
• Knowledge of Consumer Electronics.
• Proven track record in successfully handling Appeals.
