Respiratory Therapist
Job Description:
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunities for civilian Respiratory Therapists at the Tibor Rubin VA Medical Center in Long Beach, CA
Position Highlights:
- 40 hours work week, which would be derived from three 12 hours shifts plus 4 hours per week, four 10- hour shifts, or panama style 12H variant shifts (3 on 2 off, 2 on 3 off) (still to be determined)
- Monday – Friday 0645 – 1845, or 1845 – 0645 including Federal Holidays or weekends.

- Salary range: $58-$60hr
Job Requirements:
The Respiratory Therapist will have the following requirements:
- Practitioner of Respiratory Care Nevada license from the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners and an Arterial Blood Gas license from Department of Health and Human Services Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH).
- Completion of respiratory therapist course accredited through the Committee on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC)
- Certified either as Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- At least Two Years experience within the last 24 months
