Overview:
The IS Applications Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs, defining requirements, developing solutions, implementing systems, and managing installed applications in support of the Business/Clinical applications at Nationwide Children's Hospital.The IS Applications Senior Systems Analyst will have a thorough understanding of applications and database in a complex client/server architecture. A Senior Systems Analyst provides mentoring and leadership for the Applications team through a thorough knowledge of business and healthcare operations and supporting technology, and project management.

Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes. Architects complex automations wholistically to the organization, future uses, and growth.
- Collaborates with business analysts and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities. Effectively delegates automations and ensures documentation requirements are completed.
- Configures and tests automation workflows using RPA software. Collaborates to gather requirements, coordinate testing, and support automations.
- Troubleshoots and debugs web development and automation workflows to ensure properly functioning process flows and progress.
- Documents technical specifications and test plans for RPA solutions.
- Provides support and maintenance for existing RPA solutions.
- Mentors less experienced RPA developers. Delegates tasks and ensures progress is completed efficiently.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience developing process automations using a tool (UiPath preferred) and orchestrating against Production environments, required.
- Experience with agile processes and how they apply to RPA development, required.
- Extensive experience with scripting or development language and frameworks (C#, Java, Python), required.
- Extensive experience with Web development technologies, required.
- Extensive experience with relational databases and SQL, required.
- Extensive experience of Continuous Integration (CI) and supporting technologies/tools, required.
