Purpose: The Banking Validation Intern will work with new and existing vendors to validate new and changed banking requirements to ensure timeliness of electronic payments.
Responsibilities:
- Speak directly with vendors to validate electronic banking
- Follow detailed work processes to minimize fraud
- Represent the company with extreme professionalism while speaking to vendors
Qualifications:
- Detail oriented with ability to multi-task required
- Current college student with flexible work schedule preferred
- Ability to make and return phone calls during regular business hours
- Ability to communicate professionally with both domestic and international vendors
- Ability to work approximately 20 hours per week
