URGENT * * START RIGHT AWAY*

We are seeking an experienced Coating Applicator for Industrial coatings and applications to add to our team. The shop position applies high-performance coatings, such as FBE powder coatings, epoxies, polyurethanes, and zinc-rich coating systems in powder.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform tasks in confined and elevated workspaces
• Prepares and racks manufactured products for powder coating
• Organizes parts to be painted and or powder-coated
• May use industrial powder coating ovens to cure powder-coated products
• Cleaning and maintaining application equipment
• Read work instructions and drawings
• Must be willing to assist other departments if necessary

Key Requirements and Education Experience:

• Basic math can calculate ratios
• 3yr. Coating Applicator experience in a batch application only!
• Should understand application coating application equipment adjustments and maintenance
• Ability to meet deadlines, effectively prioritize, and deliver all tasks on time
• Requires working in confined and elevated workspace.
• Must be able to work varying schedules prefer the day or evening shift and transition to either to meet client/customer demands.
• Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry 40 lbs plus
• Needs to speak English and Spanish.
