• Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to the manufacturing industry's unique needs.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create targeted job descriptions.
• Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
